• The CDCR Wellness app is optional and offers discreet immediate access to correctional wellness tools and resources for all CDCR, Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS), and Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) staff, their families, and retirees.
• This wellness app provides users with free 24/7 information and resources covering a wide array of wellness tools, programs, and services, including Behavioral Health Tools, Mindfulness techniques, Psychological First Aid strategies, Stress Management resources, Psycho-Social Education materials, and more.
